Swell AI offers content writing with two of Open AI's flagship models; GPT 3.5 and GPT 4. | Model | Description | Token Tier | | --- | --- | --- | | GPT 4 | Most powerful model, highest quality. | Tier 1 | | GPT 3.5 | Lower quality, faster response. | Tier 2 |

Note that the more powerful, GPT 4 model are on a different Token Tier than it's counterpart, GPT 3.5.

Tier 2 (GPT 3.5) Tokens are free and unlimited for all accounts.

Tier 1 (GPT 4) Tokens cost $0.05/1k tokens. Accounts are invoiced for their Tier 1 usage at the end of each month. You may view your usage in your account's Usage page.

Every account, including the free tier, has 100k free Tier 1 Tokens a month. If on a paid plan, your first 100k tokens will be waived on your invoice.

Depending on your subscription, your Account's Tier 1 Tokens usage is limited monthly. Reach out to support if you need to increase your monthly limit. Depending on your requirements and payment history we will most likely increase your limit.

What are tokens

Tokens are common sequences of characters found in a set of text. A helpful rule of thumb is that one token generally corresponds to ~4 characters of text for common English text. This translates to roughly ¾ of a word (so 100k tokens ~= 75k words).

Output tokens are three times the cost of input tokens. For example, if a transcript & prompt total to 2k tokens and Swell writes 1k tokens, 2k input tokens and 1k outpu

Riverside Integration

This is a tutorial walking through how to use the Riverside integration to import recording from Riverside to Swell AI.

1. Go to the editor page and click "Export" then "Export video". This will create a "clip" of the full recording and will take a couple minutes to render.

Then click go to exports

2. Once you're back on the studio page and the full recording is rendered you should see the full episode in "Edits" section with the tag "Exported"

3. Click the "Share" button then click the "Copy link" button

*Make sure on the share page you can see the full episode in edits section with the "Exported" tag

4. Paste the link you just copied into Swell and click create

Sources serve as the import, or where your upload will be coming from. We provide various platforms:

__ Platforms that provide URLs:__

Simply provide the URL related to the podcast, and Swell AI will then ingest all podcast episodes. You can then select and upload these episodes directly into your Swell account.

Sources that provide that URLs: (YouTube, Apple Podcast, RSS)

For Cloud Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive):

You will have to authorize access / link your Swell account to your File Storage of choice. After authorizing and connecting the folder, any upload to that folder will automatically be imported into Swell AI.

With AI-generated transcription giving the convenience of providing a transcript within minutes, there might be times where words such as names of people or places may be misspelled. The "Find and Replace" feature provides the solution to that problem.

**Simply type in the terms you want replaced and the terms you want it to be replaced with. When done, click on "Replace" to apply the changes. **

| A Project is a folder where you can store each podcast episode. This section is shows all podcasts and that you manage. This is shown right away once logged in to Swell AI.

To Create a new Project in Swell: Right beside your search bar, spot the violet button labeled "Add New." Give it a click, type in the name of your project and its language, and you're on your way! |

Searching and Sorting Projects If you manage a lot of podcasts, the search bar will definitely help you find the project you're looking for much quicker. They can be sorted or arranged through the given filters. To access the filters, click the encircled button as shown below: |

Each Project also has customizability options that you can always change any time. You can find this by clicking on the 3 (three) dots next to your project name.

Clips Overview

Swell AI has the capability of creating clips from your uploaded podcast. These clips are generated once you upload your video podcast and can be downloaded to be posted on your social media accounts.

Swell's Clip Section consists of 2 tabs:

Automatic Clips: These are pre-generated clips once you upload your video to Swell. The AI is trained on your podcast to identify the most impactful parts on your podcast and will turn them into clips.

Manual Clips: This tab comprises of clips that you have been manually created.

To create a Clip, simply highlight the lines you'd want as a clip in your Transcript then press "Clip".

You'll then be directed to the Clip Editor, where you can make the necessary edits and customization on your clips.
