Clips Overview

Swell AI has the capability of creating clips from your uploaded podcast. These clips are generated once you upload your video podcast and can be downloaded to be posted on your social media accounts.

Swell's Clip Section consists of 2 tabs:

Automatic Clips: These are pre-generated clips once you upload your video to Swell. The AI is trained on your podcast to identify the most impactful parts on your podcast and will turn them into clips.

Manual Clips: This tab comprises of clips that you have been manually created.

How to Create a Clip:

To create a Clip, simply highlight the lines you'd want as a clip in your Transcript then press "Clip".





You'll then be directed to the Clip Editor, where you can make the necessary edits and customization on your clips.




What you can do in the Clip Editor:

Option on Clip Types to Audiogram or Video
Aspect Ratio
Auto Crop- Automatically crop each frame to follow the active speaker in the clip.
Captions- Closed Captions on your clip with color customization options.
Waveform option that can be put into your clip.

How to Download a Clip:

To download a clip simply select the clip or clips by ticking the boxes on the left. Click the download button once it appears on top.




Once clicked, you will then receive a notification that your export has entered the queue in your "Clips Export" Section. In this section you can see the status of your pending clips and your previous exported clips. Once your clip is ready, you will be able to download them from there.
