A Project is a folder where you can store each podcast episode. This section is shows all podcasts and that you manage. This is shown right away once logged in to Swell AI.
To Create a new Project in Swell: Right beside your search bar, spot the violet button labeled "Add New." Give it a click, type in the name of your project and its language, and you're on your way!
Searching and Sorting Projects
If you manage a lot of podcasts, the search bar will definitely help you find the project you're looking for much quicker. They can be sorted or arranged through the given filters. To access the filters, click the encircled button as shown below:
Projects can be filtered on certain factors:
Name (Alphabetical)
Created (Your most recent show)
Last Upload
Settings
Each Project also has customizability options that you can always change any time. You can find this by clicking on the 3 (three) dots next to your project name.
What You Can Customize on Your Project Settings:
Name: The title or label of your Podcast/ Show
Logo: Upload your podcast's logo or you may select a color for distinction on that project once it's on your Project Dashboard.
Language: You can select the language of your Podcast Project. The AI-generated content from your uploaded audio will also be in the selected language.
Automatic Templates: This is where you can modify what written content is to be made once every upload on that specific Project.
Find and Replace Rules: Modified rules for on the "Find and Replace" feature on a project. Set the terms to replace and to replace with, the rules will also be applied to future uploads in that specific project.
Transcription format: Arrange your transcript format on how you would want it to be presented once exported through the given variables. This can also be previewed, giving you an idea what your format will look like before saving.
Variables:
{Start} - start of timestamp
{End} - end of timestamp
{Speaker}- Name of the speaker
{Text} - Line being spoken by the speaker
Chat Embed:
Your chat bot with the purpose of providing engagement to your audience on the episode. This can be embedded to your sites and customizability options on your chat bot in order to match with your brand colors.
